Written by a fellow pathology student: I thought it just sounded really strange:

"Ventricular fibrillation or hypoxia are mechanisms of death; however, they can occur in advanced arteriosclerotic coronary artery disease, low voltage electrocution or homicidal strangulation."

hmm... I'll be especially careful to avoid homicidal strangulation.... do other types of strangulation not cause ventricular fibrillation? Are there other types of strangulation?
